Cancellation Policy for Online Prepaid Orders
Credit may be given provided that the item has not shipped or been put into production.
The following conditions may apply:
- A Credit Card transaction will be voided only if canceled the same business day that the order is placed.
- All cancellations thereafter will be made by refund check within 30 days less a $10.00 handling fee.
- On custom printed products, an additional plate charge may apply.
